Laura voted in as an EPATH Trustee
Congratulations to our epic Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist Laura Garner who has been voted in as a ‘Trustee at Large’ for the European Professional Association for Transgender Health (EPATH). The vote took place at the end of a lively conference in Killarney, Ireland, at the end of April and Laura put herself forward for the post and was voted in. Laura will now be attending board meetings of EPATH, representing the Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health at an international level.
Laura comes to the job with a good deal of experience, having already founded and chaired the Nurses in Gender Network for the UK. She is also a founding member and Co-chair of the Non-Medical Professionals in Gender Group which includes nurses, pharmacists and other allied healthcare professionals.
