Service Update 19/12/25: Appointment Details Missing Links

It has been noted recently within the service that some patient appointment emails sent do not contain the necessary web link to join their video consultation. 

We would appreciate it if patients ahead of their upcoming appointments checked their emails to ensure they have a web link to join their video consultations. This does not apply to Face to Face consultations.

If your email does not contain a web link, please notify the team by emailing NCTHGeneral@nottshc.nhs.uk with the subject line 'Appointment link missing' and in the body of the email provide the date and time of your appointment along with your 'full name', 'NHS number', and 'date of birth'.
