- Waiting Room: You said the waiting room needed a re-vamp with some more colours, real cups, phone chargers and more... We bought new furniture and cups and we now hope the waiting room is much nicer environment.
- Appointment Information: You said it would be good to have more information about what happens at your first and second appointments. We added a page to our website to have this information broken down for you.
- Waiting List Information: You asked for more accurate waiting list information. We added these details to the website and ensure they are updated at least once a month or whenever there is a significant change in the waiting list. You can find these details here.
