Patient updates and service announcements

In response to patient feedback from Monday 6 April 2026 our phone lines will now be open 4 days a week (up from the 3 days). 

This will be from 8.30am to 12.30pm then resume at 1pm to 4pm, every weekday excluding Wednesdays.

We aim to make it easier for patients to contact us and to improve patient satisfaction.
