Appointment Booking
Our admin team are attempting to book, and in some cases re-book, appointments for patients who are due one. However, they are having a few issues contacting patients. This is slowing down the process of getting appointments booked in.
If you are expecting a call from us, it will come through on a 0115 number. Please do pick up the phone if you can. If you miss our call, you can contact us on our main phone number, which is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
In addition, some bookings are emailed, so please check your inbox and any spam or junk folders you may have.
Finally, if there is a chance your phone number or email address may have changed in the last few years, please contact your GP to get your details updated. We are unable to update contact details ourselves.
