Patient updates and service announcements

Please note that when emailing us you must state clearly in the email your name, your date of birth, and your NHS number.  Without these details we will be unable to deal with your enquiry.

All the letters which you have received from us in the past will have your NHS number on it.  Alternatively, you can find your NHS number on the NHS app, or a repeat prescription, or any other correspondents from your GP.

So, when you come to e-mail us remember -name, DOB, NHS number.
