Patient updates and service announcements

We are excited to announce that NCTH and EOE launched a new telephone system in May 2023. We have listened to feedback from service users, who have reported that the old system meant numerous unanswered calls and unclear information. We have now provided a more informative and easy to use system, that allows us to prioritise calls and we hope will help to provide you with a better service and clearer signposting.
