We are starting to roll-out out new communications method at the clinic. This means clinicians and the admin team can now contact you via email. This will make contacting you about your appointments, letters, and other messages to do with your care much swifter and easier for you to receive and retain. The email service is not fully rolled out yet but we are just starting to send some communications via this method.
The system we use draws your contact details from your GP. As such, can you make sure that you keep your email address with your GP updated and also make sure you check your inbox and junk/spam box regularly to make sure you have not missed a communication from us.
